| Director's Message
Dear Families,
Thank you everyone who came to celebrate our 2024 graduates today at our Grad Walk. We are proud of these resilient young people and confident that they will impact positive changes in our world!
Looking forward to seeing you this coming week at our concerts for pre-school and elementary school. Please feel welcome to join us for the “moving-up” ceremonies on June 14th (10-year-olds) and June 17th (13-year-olds). Both events are at 10:30 in the auditorium.
As we reach the end of the school year, you may have further questions about your child’s status report. Please feel welcome to email teachers with your questions!
Best regards,
Rachel Geary

| School Dress Code
Summer Wear!
As it gets warmer, we know our community looks forward to summertime! We want our students to be comfortable, but also to maintain some dress standards. Please no short shorts, bare bellies or spaghetti straps!
It's important that students feel like they are at school, not the beach!

Dear all,
This week sees the end of our after school activities. From Monday, sadly, there will be no more time given to these events.
I want to say a huge thank you to all the teachers, staff and parents that made these activities happen. They are a fundamental part of what makes our school and community the wonderful place that it is. This year despite many hardships and difficulties you still managed to give more in pursuit of excellence.
To the students that attended these activities I must also say a deep and sincere thanks. Despite the work that needs to be finished and the busy lives that you lead, you came out and took part, again allowing our school to flourish.
Thanks to all and let's do it all again next year.

The Empower curriculum integrates the Success Orientations, Social Emotional Learning concepts, and Child Protection principles into individual lessons throughout the year. These lessons will be delivered during a dedicated weekly EMPOWER class time. This approach aims to equip students with a comprehensive set of skills applicable throughout their lives. Specific lessons tailored to each grade level ensure developmental appropriateness. While some concepts may be revisited annually, the lessons will vary based on the students' age. For more information, please see the QSI Empower statement.
Teachers will keep parents informed about the upcoming lessons for their child, and for certain grades, the lesson plans will be accessible in this newsletter. Click on the post below to view the message from the teacher.
